Alexander Law has filed class actions on behalf of:
- Police officers and QPS staff subjected to disciplinary action, medical coercion, or unlawful dismissal (Merrett v State of Queensland);
- QAS paramedics and health employees who were suspended, demoted, terminated, or refused reinstatement or compensation after refusing the vaccine, even where mandates were found invalid in court (Witthahn v Wakefield).
